SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 7–14 days for your order to set sail. Handmade magic cannot be rushed, and every formula is prepared with the same devotion, whether you're our first order of the season or our five-hundredth.

If 14 days pass without a shipment confirmation email in your inbox, simply write to us at hello@palominofinegoods.com and we'll happily provide you with an ETA.

A gentle note on shipping addresses: it is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure, accurate, and current shipping address at checkout. Should USPS confirm your package as delivered, we regret that we're unable to offer refunds or reimbursements for items lost or stolen after that point.

Should a package be returned to us due to a customer error or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of postage for reshipment (even if a free shipping discount was applied to the original order).

Please take a moment to review your order confirmation email and ensure your shipping information is correct. If anything needs updating, reply to your confirmation email hello@palominofinegoods.com right away with your corrected address, and we'll do our best to catch it before your order embarks.
